11th January 2001 - We have been informed (not confirmed by Da Man) that Richard's long term partner is expecting their first child.  Now we are not sure why Richard is keeping this a secret, but in a recent article in the Daily Mirror (6/1/01) he said "I've been with my current girlfriend for a little while now, but I won't reveal her identity because I've seen what happens when other celebs come out in public with their partners.  Two weeks later they break up and are photographed with other people. That's the road to doom for any relationship because of the pressure on both of you".

BUT in another article in the Mirror magazine 'M' (09/01/01) he contradicted himself when asked "who was the first person you spoke to today"?  He answered "A friend, no there's no one person I wake up to, and there's no regular girlfriend at the moment.  I'm too consumed with work".

We also heard a rumour that Richard recently purchased a W Reg silver Mercedes SLK convertible car for his honey!!!

Well here at the Web site we are a little upset at Richard's denial, we expect more from Da Man... If you have a girl then admit it, and if you're gonna be a father then broadcast it.  *** Keep your eyes peeled ***

"It fits me coz I had had a lot of slack when the music came out.  It's just my way of hitting back by saying what I wanna do is up to me."
